Living abroad and traveling for the last 10 years has taught me how to maintain wellness in the chaos that comes with a nomadic lifestyle. I’ve had my ups and downs, especially when I thought progress was linear and got hard on myself when I "fell off track."
As an expat, I knew I had to rely on myself for my health. Finding trusted healthcare while moving around was tough, and after dealing with injuries and chronic headaches, I knew there had to be a better way. Wellness isn’t just about "quick fixes"—it’s about empowering yourself with the tools to thrive.
After 10 years of stumbling, I’m finally stepping into my purpose: helping others manage their wellness so they don’t have to half-ass their way through it.
